Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wardary's website and services. By accessing the website or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
The service
Wardary provides a governed AI chat client that applies data redaction, model governance, and audit logging to prompts your organization sends to third-party AI providers. The service is provided on a bring-your-own-key basis; you are responsible for your agreements with, and charges from, those providers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, or circumvent the security and governance controls the service is designed to enforce. You are responsible for the conduct of users within your organization.
Your data
As between you and Wardary, your organization retains ownership of its prompts, conversations, and uploaded content. We process this data to provide the service and to maintain the audit records your organization relies on, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Early-stage service
Wardary is an early-stage product under active development. Features, including those described as roadmap items, may change. We will communicate material changes to pilot and customer organizations directly.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” While Wardary is designed to prevent sensitive data from reaching providers, no detection system is perfect; we fail closed on uncertainty and are transparent about limits. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wardary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
