Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Wardary (“Wardary,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with our marketing website and our governed AI chat service. We built Wardary to keep sensitive data out of third-party AI providers, and we apply the same restraint to the data we ourselves handle.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request a demo, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, work email, organization, and role.
Service data. When your organization uses the Wardary product, we process prompts, conversations, and uploaded files on your behalf. Sensitive values matched by your redaction policy are removed before any outbound provider call and are not persisted where your policy specifies no retention.
Usage information. We collect standard analytics about how the website is used, such as pages visited and aggregate device information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve the service, maintain security and audit records on behalf of your organization, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Bring-your-own-key & providers
Wardary operates on a bring-your-own-key basis. Your prompts are sent to the AI providers you enable using your own credentials, under your own agreements with those providers. Redaction is applied before transmission. See our sub-processors page for the third parties involved in delivering the service.
Data retention
Audit and prompt-log records are retained for a window configurable by your organization (365 days by default). Raw sensitive values covered by a no-retention rule are never persisted. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
Security
We encrypt conversation stores and provider credentials at rest, scope all data to a single tenant, and enforce access controls over raw-bearing fields. For details on our controls, see our Security & Trust page.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@wardary.com.
